I just wanted to send an email to let you know that I’ve had a great experience with Joseph Guerzoni. For a time that is usually filled with anxiety trying to find a new rental, he has been fantastic to deal with unlike other real estate agents in the area and made the experience way less stressful for me. As a young single mum and full time uni student, and with DCJ subsidising, my application doesn’t look great on paper and often the DCJ paperwork gets missed but Joseph was really patient with all of my applications. He gave me multiple courtesy calls about the properties I applied for and gave me updates in regards to my current real estate as they were a bit slow at sending through some paperwork. The patience and reassurance that he offered during this stressful time has gone a long way and I really wanted to pass on this feedback because many real estate agents in the area are not this kind and they seem to rush phone calls and send blunt emails, etc so it was very refreshing to not receive that from Joseph.
